H International Resources was incorporated in 1984 and subsequently listed on the Canadian Venture Exchange. Its principal activity is development of the Bald Hill and Cattlin Creek tantalum deposits and exploration on its portfolio of exploration properties.

The principals of H have considerable experience in corporate finance and equity funding for resource projects, as well as operational and developmental experience in many parts of the world. This experience and successful involvement in a variety of resource projects gives H the proven capability to develop its projects.

H has reached agreement with Australian mining company, Sons of Gwalia Limited for the development of their Bald Hill Tantalum Deposit near Widgiemooltha, and Cattlin Creek Tantalum Deposit at Ravensthorpe, in Western Australia.

H will be solely responsible for the development of the mines, including compliance with lease conditions, environmental conditions, government royalties, and design, construction and operation of the mine and processing plant.

H will deliver tantalum and tin concentrates produced from the deposits to Sons of Gwalia on a take or pay basis. H has also entered agreement to acquire 185 km2 of exploration licences around the Bald Hill Tantalum Deposit.  The area has known occurrences of Tantalite that could provide significant improvement to the resource at Bald Hill and adds considerable potential to the project.

H holds a 100% interest in Siavonga Uranium Project in Zambia.

H has a 100% interest in three reconnaissance areas for gold and base metals in Liberia, West Africa, and is presently finalising its licences for these areas.

H is committed as an international resource development company with a particular interest in the unique potential of the African continent and its future in world minerals output.

H is also cognisant of the need for diversity in its activities in order to prosper in what are difficult times for the mineral sector.

By diversifying into the area of Tantalite production the company has the potential to generate substantial cash flow that will fund exploration of the Company’s African  areas, thereby minimising H’s dependence on capital markets.

H has the capability to develop resource projects through its numerous industry contacts and the reputation of its principals for successful involvement in a variety of resource projects.

The principals of H have considerable experience in corporate finance and equity funding for resource projects. This experience will be applied to establishing seed capital and development funds for its mineral projects.

The Company is supported by significant private interests interested in investment and equity participation in the mineral sector.
